ST Muk holds an MBA degree from the University of Bath, UK. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant. His career started in Malaysia in 1983 with Price Waterhouse. From there he moved up through a number of private companies to finally reach the position of Group Chief and Executive Director of a listed private forestry company in Malaysia. ST Muk was responsible for forest plantations, timber processing, tree plantation management, and market research. Later, his company was sold to an international forest fund. ST Muk prepared the asset valuation of the company and directed negotiations with the fund investors. ST Muk joined WaKa after the successful sale of the forestry company. His tasks comprise the development of investment opportunities and company representation in Asia-Pacific . Since 2009 ST Muk is WaKa's Director for Asia-Pacific, he is stationed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
